Did you know that Western Australia is home to over 12,000 species of wildflowers? Or that 60% of these wildflowers are found only in WA?
These blooms carpet the Western Australian landscape with vibrant displays of colour throughout the months of spring, and with travel limited to our states border, why not take a road trip in WA’s backyard to discover them for yourself!
Not sure where to start? Take a look at the WA Visitor Centre’s Wildflower tracking map, to see where the latest blooms have been spotted. Remember to submit a sighting on the tracker if you spot something spectacular!
