You have the right to be safe and to receive quality services from the providers and workers you choose to support you. If you feel unsafe or unhappy with your NDIS services, you have the right to complain.
WA’s Individualised Services (WAiS) are coming to Hedland with information sessions about the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
This workshop is for people who have NDIS funding and their families, carers and advocates to find out what the NDIS Commission does, and how to make a complaint about NDIS providers.
It will be held on Thursday 22 July, from 1pm to 3pm, at the Youth Involvement Council, 34 Lawson Street, South Hedland. The session is free and afternoon tea is provided. For full details and to register for this session click here.
