Butler Way residents looking spooky at their Halloween StreetNet gathering.
Cooper Place and Butler Way had a spook-tacular time connecting with their fang-tastic neighbours on Halloween night at their killer StreetNet gatherings.
Both of the party hosts received a $100 Woolworths voucher, kindly donated by FMG for the StreetNet initiative towards party food and supplies.
“I’m so amazed that FMG is offering this! Port Hedland sure is an amazing town,” said Cooper Place host Mel Hartmann.
Neighbours and friends gathered at Mel’s house in Pretty Pool for a chat and a bite to eat while others stopped by to stock up on their trick or treat bounty! “We actually did meet some new people so it was totally worthwhile,” she said.
Meanwhile on Butler Way, host Cherry McNicol vamped up the spooky music and got into the spirit of things with her neighbours.
“We had a wonderful event on Butler Way – our neighbours popped over and we met neighbours from other streets nearby who also popped in.”
